Andrew Menlove

Mr. Menlove directly oversees all deal fundings, asset management and all aspects of legal and compliance for Taylor Derrick Capital (TDC). With his background in engineering, legal and real estate development, Mr. Menlove evaluates borrower and deal suitability while overseeing loan fundings, loan draws, equity investments and exit strategies.
Mr. Menlove also performs portfolio diversification and strategic growth analysis in concert with Mr. Derrick and TDC’s management team.

Prior to joining TDC, Mr. Menlove served as VP of Portfolio Management for CM Capital Services in Las Vegas, Nevada where he completed the disposition of a $600MM portfolio of private debt assets. Mr. Menlove foreclosed on over 400 commercial loans and then repositioned and sold off each of the assets. Mr. Menlove also managed the Planning & Development group for Pulte Homes in Las Vegas, Nevada where he oversaw the development of over 20,000 lots.
Mr. Menlove has experience in Nevada and Utah working with other developers on multiple asset types including single family homes, apartments, condos, office, retail, industrial, golf course and farming operations. Mr. Menlove started his professional career as a consulting engineer in Arizona, Texas and Utah.

Mr. Menlove holds a juris doctorate degree in Law from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University. Mr. Menlove is a licensed attorney.
