Mark Taylor passed away on October 21, 2015. He was a true visionary, a brilliant leader and a man of integrity. He was an inspiration to everyone he met.
Mr. Taylor founded TDC with honesty, integrity and transparency. TDC continues forward with this same dedication as a legacy to his name.
